Percu-Stay is a sterile, self-adhesive, latex free catheter securement device available in two sizes for catheter/tubes from 5–22 French. The adhesion to the patient's skin is provided by a combination of a moisture-absorbent hydrocolloid framed by a flexible non-woven material coated with a skin-friendly adhesive.

The fastener is designed to prevent the catheter from working its way out, as well as from accidental removal of the catheter. This design lays the catheter down in a position parallel to the skin surface without "kinking."
